これは日本の多くの企業に言える事だが、部下がいくら優秀でも知識を持っていても、モチベーションが上がっても、効率化の施策やコストダウンのアイディアを持っていても、判子を押す上司に説明するというハードルがメチャメチャ高いので、ほぼ無意味である。

普通に考えて、どんなすばらしいアイディアを持っていても自分ひとりでは実行できないはず。そうなると社内で他の人に動いてもらう必要があるから、権限を持つ上司に説明して説得するのは当然なんじゃないのかなぁ。

もし自分ひとりで実行できるのであれば、その人は既に上司と呼ばれる相応のポジションにいるはず。
